Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standard USPS ground shipping. 

If shipped with expedited shipping, your order will arrive in a 3-4 business days delivery window with USPS Priority.

There may be (although rare) exceptions such as: 

  • Store closures during breaks or holidays due to limited staffing. We will always post closure times on our website and when shipping will resume.
  • Custom or bulk orders (ex: weddings, corporate gifts) as additional development and/or curing time may be required
  • Wholesale orders
For the later two reasons, contact will be made with the buyer and an agreed upon finish & shipping dates will be determined. Please plan such orders in advance. 

FOREIGN SHIPPING: We ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment except for the same reasons as listed above under Domestic Shipping. All packages under 4 lbs. will ship via USPS International - which is about 90% of the orders we receive. Buyers are responsible for any and all additional duties/fees charged for imports so please familiarize yourself with your country's importing regulations and fees before placing an order. Shipping time will vary by country policy, but it generally takes 2-3 weeks for packages to arrive.  

Where's My Package? - If you have not received your shipment in the time frame you expected and cannot locate it via the shipping link provided to you by email, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are will do everything in our power to make the situation right! 

Damaged Product During Shipping? - We do our very best to package our products in the safest and most secure way. However, due to the fragile nature of some of our products, we understand if a product was mishandled during the shipping process. In this case, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the situation in a way that will work for you!

SHIPPING MATERIALS: We believe it is important to recycle when we can so we always reuse shipping peanuts and bubble wrap, and will often reuse shipping containers sent to us by other companies that are still in good condition. These practices not only reduce our carbon footprint, but they keep costs down for our customers, too!
